Welcome! This is the website of Graeme Harper.

As writer, critic and research leader, he holds Directorships and Chairs as well Honorary Professorships and other appointments, and such awards as the National Book Council Award for New Fiction, and grants and fellowships from major research and cultural councils in the UK, Europe and Australasia. He is also director of a variety of UK-USA higher learning partnerships, and is a regular international speaker on the advancement and support of higher learning and on topics concerned with creativity, critical responsiveness and university leadership.

He is a director of research programmes in the UK and a member of a number of national and international bodies focussing on the advancement of Education, the Arts and Enterprise, with a particular interest in the development of world-class Higher Education.

Graeme (aka Brooke Biaz) holds dual British-Australian citizenship. Growing up in Australia, and living in the UK, he has a heritage that includes Scottish and French roots, and he holds degrees from the University of East Anglia (PhD), University of Technology, Sydney (DCA), University of New England (MLitt) and University of Sydney (BA).
